Costitch is a platform that helps you:

• Create lookbooks and style boards
• Get personalized style recommendations
• Shop for products from various brands

US Only: Our service is currently available only to users in the United States. We may expand to other countries in the future.

To use Costitch, you need to:

• Be at least 13 years old
• Provide accurate information when creating your account
• Keep your login information secure
• Not share your account with others
• Let us know if your account is compromised

You're responsible for everything that happens with your account.

We can remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.

You own your content. When you upload images, create lookbooks, or post content, you keep ownership.

However, you give us permission to:

• Display your content on our platform
• Use your content to improve our AI recommendations
• Show your public content to other users
• Make technical copies for backups and performance

We own Costitch, including our logo, design, features, and technology. You can use our service, but you can't copy, modify, or distribute our platform.

We also have the right to:

• Update or change our service
• Remove content that violates our rules
• Suspend or terminate accounts for violations
• Stop offering our service (with reasonable notice)

We try to keep our service running smoothly, but we can't guarantee:

• 100% uptime or availability
• That all features will work perfectly
• That your data won't be lost (though we try to prevent this)
• That the service will meet all your needs

We'll do our best to fix problems quickly and communicate about major issues.

When you buy products through our platform:

• You're buying from the retailer, not from us
• The retailer's terms and return policies apply
• We may earn a commission on your purchase
• We're not responsible for product quality, shipping, or returns

If you have issues with a purchase, contact the retailer directly.

Your privacy is important to us. Please read our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

We're building Costitch with care, but like any early-stage service, things can go wrong. Here's what you should know:

• We provide our service "as-is" without warranties
• We're not liable for indirect damages or lost profits
• Our total liability is limited to $100 or what you've paid us (currently $0)
• This doesn't limit liability for gross negligence or intentional misconduct

Some states don't allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.

If your use of Costitch causes problems for us (like legal claims), you agree to:

• Defend us against those claims
• Cover our costs and damages
• Hold us harmless from your actions

This mainly applies if you violate these terms or upload content that infringes others' rights.

You can stop using our service anytime by deleting your account or just stopping use.

We can terminate your account if:

• You upload inappropriate content
• Your account is inactive for a very long time
• We decide to shut down the service (with reasonable notice)

When an account is terminated, you lose access to your content, so make sure to download anything important before that happens.

As our service grows, we may need to update these terms. When we do:

• For major changes, we'll email you or show a notice in the app
• The new terms will take effect 30 days after we notify you

If you don't like the changes, you can stop using our service before they take effect.
